This website is primarily an informational product catalog. Product listings, descriptions, and any displayed prices are for guidance and may require confirmation with Maghrabi Pharmacy before purchase or delivery.

Placing an inquiry via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form does not by itself create a binding sales contract until availability, price, and any prescription requirements are confirmed by our licensed pharmacy staff.

In accordance with Egyptian pharmaceutical regulations and practices supervised by the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) and relevant Ministry of Health rules, certain medicines may only be dispensed against a valid prescription.

You are responsible for providing accurate prescription information when requested. Maghrabi Pharmacy may refuse to supply prescription-only medicines where legal requirements are not met.

Stock levels and prices can change. Final price, taxes (including VAT where applicable), and delivery terms will be confirmed before you complete a purchase.

Offers such as free delivery apply only within the areas and conditions communicated by Maghrabi Pharmacy at the time of confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates. Risk in products generally passes on delivery to the address you provide or on collection from our Nasr City branch, unless otherwise agreed.

Please inspect packages on receipt and contact us promptly if something appears damaged or incorrect.

Returns of medicines and health products are subject to Egyptian pharmacy practice and public-health safety rules. Opened, cold-chain, or prescription items may be non-returnable once dispensed, except where the product is defective or supplied in error.

Approved refunds or exchanges will follow the method agreed with Maghrabi Pharmacy for that transaction.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in a way that harms our systems, or use our channels for unlawful purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted under Egyptian law, Maghrabi Pharmacy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or delays outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Courts in Cairo shall have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under Egyptian law.
